Theorize: The photographer used the camera settings, especially a low shutter speed, to capture the motion of the people instead of creating a stagnant image. Judge: I really like the photo, and the way the light on the wall is captured with the person. You captured their movement very well.

This photo shows a way to make a composition creepy and supernatural through the use of this technique. Judgement: I really like the paranormal feeling I get from this photo. I like the composition.
