  1. Picture #2
Describe: a girl who is a toddler looking to her right; she is against a wall; whole image is unfocused and blurry; girl wearing clothes; girl has light hair
Interpret: The girl is blonde and is wearing a dress; she is looking in the distance at something; she's leaning against the wall, relaxed; she looks like she's learning or being curious
Theorize: A little girl is looking off in the distance because something caught her attention. This picture is talking about how fleeting the memories and lifespan of childhood are. The blurriness adds to the effect of a fleeting, fast movement. She is learning something new and being curious. She is young, however that wont last for long.
Judgement: I love this picture because of the context and composition. I think it would have more of a lasting effect if the colors where more dynamic and dramatic. There is no pure black or pure white; the colors of the greyscale are not all being met. It has too much grey throughout the picture.
